The Residences Dorchester Collection

The Residences Dorchester Collection Dubai is Omniyat’s newest offering in the Middle East. Omniyat is a well-known developer in the area. The Dorchester Collection, located in the United Kingdom, will oversee the project, which is recognised for its excellent service and style.

This new Dorchester property will be situated near the Dubai Water Canal in Business Bay. The hotel will have two towers and is said to be an architectural masterpiece. The completely furnished and serviced apartments will be in one tower, while the 5-star Dorchester Collection hotel will be in the other.

Lego Land Hotel

The iconic hotel chain, which has been extremely popular in California, Malaysia, and Japan, will now enter Dubai. The LEGO-themed hotel, which has over 250 rooms, is built to represent the iconic toy brand’s image. All the rooms have a maximum capacity of five people per bed or eight people per suite. There will also be a castle playroom, a disco lift, a candy-themed facade, and other attractions at the new hotel.

The hotel will be a joint project between Merlin Entertainments and DXB Entertainments and situated next to LEGOLAND Dubai. Furthermore, visitors of the LEGOLAND Hotel will take advantage of special perks while visiting the nearby theme park, such as the Stay & Play plan, which includes free park admission.

Corinthia Meydan Beach Hotel

Afterwards, this year, Corinthia Hotels will make its entry in the area on the JBR beachfront. The 55-story Corinthia Meydan Beach Hotel, one of Jumeirah Beach Residence’s tallest buildings, will deliver 360 rooms and suites to guests until it opens. SLS Dubai Hotel and Residencies

The SLS Dubai Hotel & Residences is the latest entry to Dubai’s impressive list of the world’s tallest hotels. There will be 371 residential quarters, 321 hotel apartments, and 254 hotel rooms in the five-star hotel.

Apart from luxury accommodations, guests and tourists will be able to dine at several high-end restaurants, including Fi’lia, an Italian restaurant that will also serve as the hotel’s all-day dining option, and Carna, a steakhouse by award-winning chef Dario Cecchini on the 74th floor.

ST Regis The Palm

Those looking to relax and unwind at SLS should take advantage of the hotel’s luxurious amenities and services, including the Ciel Spa, steam rooms, plunge pools, a salon, and a gym. Travel to Privilege, a rooftop club with infinity pools, for a late-night cocktail and the finest view of one of Dubai’s tallest hotels.

The hotel’s SUSGISAMBA restaurant, located on the 51st floor of the Palm Tower, will serve Peruvian, Brazilian, and Japanese crossover meals.

The St Regis Palm Jumeirah will have 289 rooms and comprise the first 18 floors of the tower next to the Nakheel Mall. The remaining tower floors will house 504 opulent flats.

The View, located on the 52nd floor of the Palm Tower, is a much-waited observation deck. The most breathtaking views of the palm-shaped island and the Arabian Gulf are available to visitors and tourists. The hotel’s infinity pool is another must-see experience.
